With the quicken of the urbanization, the speed and scale of the urban real estatedevelopment are expanding, the activities of real estate have made ecological environmentmore and more worse because of asking for economical benefit but ignoring ecologicalbenefit, people are facing the heavy pressure of living envirinment, In view of the relationbetween urban real estate development and ecological environment protection, theoreticaland practical study of urban real estate development have been made in this paper based ontheory and thought of sustainable development. Put forward a new concept of real estatesustainable development which based on al1-round development of mankind andcoordinated growth of economy, society, resources and environment. On basis of menthod ofquantitative and qualitative analysis, set up evaluating indices systems of urban real estatesustainable development according to environment, society, economy and managementfactors. Use efficacy function and coordinate model to systematically evaluate urban realestate sustainable development,set up command system of urban real estate sustainabledevelopment. Put forward specific command measure to urban real estate sustainabledevelopment, studied results have important theoretical and practical value to promoteurban real estate development in our country according to the thought of sustainabledevelopment.
