Currently some powerful real estate enterprises developed for many years begin to open up new market in multi-region. Obviously, the point above all of developing in multi-region is to determining the target city, therefore the problem we should solve at first is how to select the target city.Whether the city is suit for real estate enterprise developing or not, the theory research & practice showing, First, how about the standard of local economy & human characters; The second, whether the local real estate investment environment good or not; The third is to comparing the compete ability of local real estate enterprise.
