Studies On Dynamics Model And Evaluation Index System Of Urban Sustainable Development

After it was brought forward, the theory of sustainable development is becoming focus and the newest question for discussion, along with the matter of resource and environment increasingly standing out in the world. And urban sustainable development is also becoming an important study direction. Basing on the analysis about the actuality of city development in Chinese and in the world, this paper thinks that it takes on important practical sense to study on urban sustainable development. And this paper try to offer a quantitative way for decision-maker to resolve the regulation problem of the city system, and make the decision-maker realize the actuality of city development in time, and then give a methodological help to decision-maker for making city decision.Basing on its study aim, with the sustainable development theory, setting out from system idea, making the harmonious development of urban resource, environment, society etc. subsystem study masterstroke, this paper addresses in more systemic study on urban sustainable development. And finally this paper establishes system dynamics model of urban sustainable development and evaluation index system and evaluation model to measure urban sustainable development level, hi the course of establishing model, this paper all along focuses city's commonness, and leave the personality of different types city. So the models in this paper have an excellence that the models can be used to different types city, and this makes it easier to do compare among different city home, and even abroad.Basing on the models, this paper carries out demonstration study with Zhengzhou as an example. First, using the evaluation model, evaluate sustainable development actuality of Zhengzhou, Xian and Shanghai. Then after comparing the three cities' sustainable development actuality, diagnose the matter consisting in the development of Zhengzhou; Second, using the dynamic model simulate the future development of Zhengzhou, and then with the result, and basing on the matter diagnosis, put forward to the advice about the future development of Zhengzhou.In the study work the follow theory and method has ever been applied: System Dynamics, Economics, Environmental Economics, Urban Economics, Urban Ecology and Grey System Theory.
