The Challenge To Administrative Law In Cyberspace;Government's Governance

Abstract:In context of cyberspace development, government faces many new challenges and administrative law also must be readjusted to those challenges that can be described as two tendencies. One is that people check more on government抯 activity and the other is that government can control more on people抯 private things. Government抯 governance on cyberspace is crucial to the healthy development of Cyber. However, some means by government抯 governance in China is not satisfying, the article tries to find out the defects of existing systems and gives advice on administrative law legislation on cyberspace.
