A Study On China's Saving And Mechanism Of Transforming Saving Into Investment

Since reforming and opening, China's saving has gone up at a high speed and a continuous increasement every year, up to 1999 China's saving amount has reached to the point 6, 000 billion, this has undoubtedly produced a forceful push to china's economic development, but the mechanism of transformation from saving into investment has much fault and accordingly the efficiency of transformation is poor and resource is not perfectly used. We must pay much attention to China's saving and the mechanism of transformation from saving into investment, analyze the main drawback and acquire the approach to solve the problems, it is of much significance to discuss them to develop our nation's economy. The research integrates the most recent theoretical achievements of developed country and practical experience of our country. The thesis is divided into three chapters: The first chapter focus on the basic fundamental and theory of saving, illustrates the constitute and means of transformation from saving into investment, and this part is the base of this article, the author will look into the shortcoming and goodness of China's mechanism of transformation from saving into investment The second chapter discuss the China's individual saving, analyze the cause and effect on the economic operation. It make us to understand our shortcoming and to take some measure to promote it so as to crease a good circumstance to make our economy develop at a continuos and healthy and quick speed. The third chapter underlines China's mechanism of transformation from saving into investment. On the one hand, it demonstrates and adopts the developed country's experience and theory, on the other hand, it propose that we should reform and bring out a marketed, competitive mechanism of transformation from saving into investment.
