The Originality And Development Of The Thought On The Knowledge——Based Economy And The Conception Ot The Knowledge——Based Economy Science

The New Economy which has arisen in American since the nineties of the 2& century Announces to the human society the coming of the Knowledge-based A Economy, which is a new society form that is completely different from the previous Farm Economy and Industry Economy. Scientists have researches and studied the implication~ characteristic and etc. of the Knowledge-based Economy in different directions. Generally speaking, the Knowledge-based Economy is regarded as the higher development of the Information economy. The United States changed into the Information Economy from the Industry Economy in the fifties of the 2O拁?century, and now is entering into the Knowledge-based Economy. There are a lot studies on the Knowledge-based Economy, but few on the originality and development of the thought on Knowledge-based Economy and the conception of the Knowledge-based Economy Science among these studies, which is of more value. The thesis will try to make progress in this field. The thesis has four chapters. Chapter One discusses the New Economy in American and the precise meaning of the Knowledge-based Economy, shows the idea that the Knowledge-based Economy includes the knowledge-based economy and the knowledge economy, and the knowledge-based economy is the High-tech knowledge-based economy. Chapter Two discusses the originality and development of the thought on Knowledge-based Economy, and shows the idea that the thought on Knowledge-based Economy originates from the Economics .. the Management Science .~. the Social Science -~. the Information Science etc. Chapter Three shows the idea that the Knowledge-based Economy Science is the outcome of the development of the traditional Economics. Chapter Four studies the theory~. practice and apply of the Knowledge Economics.
