Knowledge-based Economy, Measure Theory And Methods

The measuring of Knowledge-based Economy , which is one of the important parts of the emerging Science of Knowledge-based Economy, is a new issue coming along with the arisen new age of Knowledge-based Economy .This paper discusses firstly the historic inevitability of the coming forth of the Knowledge-based Economy as well as its connotations and characters, and then, based on the reference and analysis of measuring methods of Informatiom Economy and the current measuring researches about Knowledge-based Economy both inside and outside the country, it brings forward the new conception of the National Knowledge-based Economy System(NKES) , which includes the Knowledge-based Industries , High-tech Manufactures , Knowledge-based Agriculture. According to the SNA, the paper makes a classification and primary measuring to the NKES. Furthermore, in order to give a general description on the macroscopical level of Knowledge-ased Economy, the paper brings forword a set of maneuverable measuring system made up of many indexes, which is helpful for us to face the challenge of the coming Knowledge-ased Economy age and to make future strategy. What抯 more, it will play an active role in the founding and progress for the Science of Knowledge-based Economy. In the end, this paper trys to explore the measuring of knowledge-based immaterial asset and the contributing rate of S& F in agriculture economy field, and give some advices on modifying the SNA in the view of Knowledge-ased Economy.
