The author also makes comments on the different opinions about this policy and tries to make an inference on its prospects. At the same time, this thesis shows that the villagers?self梘overnment policy is an inevitable outcome after the disintegration of the people?s commune but the development of this policy will be restricted by various factors, so it is a long梩erm process and should be advanced gradually. Up to now, the villagers?self梘overnment policy has yet to be improved, and it will take quite a long time to make it perfect.
