In recent years, the dairy industry has being growing in very high increasing rate, and the competition among different dairies on the market is more and more intensive, and so that the distribution system for dairies is becoming one of most important key factor to win the competition. In this article, the situation of Chinese dairy market and the importance of dairy produces distribution system was analyzed. Based on studying of the principals of marketing and of the real example of the Beijing Sanyuan Foods Co. Ltd.. the present situation and the existing problems of the distribution system was pointed out. Suggestions for how to improve management of Beijing dairy distribution system was given from the points of dairy industry marketing management and reputation of the government. Several conclusions were drown as under:1.As shown by collected data and analysis result, the consumption of dairy product is with increasing trend internationally, Chinese dairy industry development is even faster than other countries and competition on Chinese dairy market will be more intensive. The distribution system is play very important role in dairy marketing. To win the competition, to set up a proper distribution system for dairy companies is a key factor.2.Dairy distribution system in Beijing has three kinds of mode: Wholesale, modem retail and special channel. All channels were analyzed and the retail channel of the house to house service was emphasized due is a key factor to the mode of channel is welcomed by consumer.3.Points were given to dairy companies that companies could through strengthen selfmanagement to solve the problem exist in the distribution system and built up a new double-win relationship with distributors and to the government it should strengthen the macrocosm control.
