Empirical Analysis Of China's Dairy Industry Structure And Resource Base On The Theory Of Thinking

The first part of the article introduces the evolvement of strategic management theory which has experienced four development phases and among which industrial organization theory and resource-based view are the most important parts. The author introduces the theoretical analyzing structure of the article which attempts to make up for the shortcomings of both industrial organization theory and resource-based view. Under this theoretic analyzing structure the author put forward the practical analyzing structure which analyzes the evolvement of dairy industry(the third part of the article) based on the fundemental industrial characteristics (the second part of the article). The fourth part of the article discusses the valuable resources defined by resource-based view. Dairy industry is traditional and the industrial enviroment is relatively stable, so those leading companies can easily keep their leading roles. Consequently , those resources having helped companies achieve early advantages also help companies gain long-term advantages. The value of those resources lies in their time value.
