| It is more attractive to explore the relationship between the human being and environment for researchers at present, and now, all kinds of industries are eager to import the ISO 14000 standards for increasing the environment conscious. Just under this friendly-environmental circumstance and more pressures from protecting environment in the world, the construction enterprises in China are urgent to improve the extent of realizing the importance of environment protection and to optimize the ecology management for challenging with the exterior foreign contractors. This paper analyses the significance of utilizing the 1S014000 serial standards and focuses on the 1S014001 Environment Management System, and just based on the successful case operated in oversea, The standard procedure of operating 1S014001 EMS has been designed which supplies the strong reference and sample for China construction enterprises to establish the 1S014001 EMS.
