Intergrited Research Of Quality-Enviroment-Safty For Construction Enterprise

Implementation, accreditation and continuous perfection of three management systems, namely ISO9000 (Q) , ISO14000 (E) and OHSAS 18000 (OHS) , have become an important landmark for the management level and ability of sustainable development of modern enterprises . Especially after the accession to WTO, issues of quality, environment, and occupational safety and health become unavoidable for the existence, competition and development of the enterprises in their global economic and trade activities. No matter they are enterprises, institutions, consultant, accreditation or governmental agencies, they all are thinking deeply as how to avoid those unnecessary intersection, overlapping, and repetition among these systems, so that the resources could be fully utilized, and the management could be much more efficient.Authors analyze the character and status of construction enterprises and consider that these systems might be integrated and united . The background, circumstances, possibility and necessity for system integration and unification of construction enterprises are discussed, and the model, approach and drawbacks of integration and unification are analyzed. Furthermore, information technology are put forward to improving the efficiency of Q, E&OHS system, Suggestions for informationizationof this manager system are made, and the prospective is looked forward to.In this article , methods of systematic analyses and comprehensive analyses areadopted. In this article innovation is as followed:(1) Methods of combining the characteristic of building enterprise, resolving theConstruction process into every stages, and analyzing its quality, environment andemployment security factor are used to control the management objectives of theproject.(2) Promote the operation of quality, environment and employment security health management system of the building enterprise with information-based technology.
