The theory of supply chain management is the significant part of internationalenterprise management theory, and also the enterprise management research trend in ourcountry. The author discusses several problems on supply chain management such asthe core competence of corporation. the choice of copartners, policies of procurementand inventory, the supply and demand cooperation pattern. Some results are listed asfollows. The evaluation model of the supply chain organization and the evaluationmodel of the core competence of corporation are presented. The index architectures ofthe manufacturer and the distribution (the retail) are supplemented based on theevaluation model of the supplier. The concept model of the common ElectronicCommerce is summarized. The difference between the common Electronic Commerceand the Electronic Commerce based on SCM is shown. The flow chart of orderincluding fixed interval and fixed quantity is provided. The cooperating managementmechanism between supplier and manufacturer is supplemented. The decision variablesare added into the inventory cost formula in the centralized-control policies. Theappliance condition is supplemented and the proof is simplified based on the JITpurchasing model. The bullwhip influenced by the data and the leadtime length isillustrated simply. How the demand side makes profit is supplemented in the closecooperating pattern. The mistaken decision-making model that suppliers minimize theircost is rectified. The correct and more detailed one is proposed along with thesimulation flow chart. An application case of supply chain management is introducedaccording to the research and application on supply chain management in our country.
