The theory of supply chain management is the significant part of internationalenterprise management theory, and also the enterprise management research trend in ourcountry. The author discusses several problems on supply chain management such asthe core competence of corporation. the choice of copartners, policies of procurementand inventory, the supply and demand cooperation pattern.
