Harbor Scheduling Modern Information Net System Research

This paper illustrates the methods,principles of IE and the developing methods and procedures of its application system. Under its guidance, the present conditions of the construction of several harbor information systems both at home and abroad have been investigated into. With specific harbor as the subject and after detailed research and analysis, a typical modern harbor scheduling information system model has been established, learning the experience from other harbor information system construction. Meanwhile, an assistant development tool based on PowerBuilder for the application system is developed and some key program modules are accomplished by utilizing the tool.
