Study On Total Programming And Implementation Of Information Engineering For SWA

The "10th Five Year Plan" of our country indicates: driving industrialization with information, bring back advantages into play and realize the span and development of societal producing. In order to implement the content of "10th Five Year Plan" in South West Aluminum Co.,Ltd (SWA), promote and implement information engineering, the article summarizes the information development status in and out of our country, diagnoses the development status of SWA and corresponding developing programming of SWA is laid out as: based on the construction of network, developing office automation (OA), enterprise resource programming (ERP) and e-commerce.This article summarizes the experience and lesson in the implementation of information in SWA and programs the developing way and content of SWA in such aspects as basic network construction, OA, ERP and e-commerce based on the practically imperfect information status of SWA, and advances the development strategy of information construction: based on the flat of management and control, implements business management and decision-making support processes. Due to the "order oriented " producing mode of SWA, this article emphasizes on the importance of contract management and advances the concept of contract tracing management and "pull management" mode centralized on contract; advances the centralized stock management mode and the manage method of modern solid stock aiming at the decentralized and disordered status of stock management in SWA; uniform code is the precondition of centralized material management, so this article studies the coding techniques of products and parts and provides the coding system structure of materials in SWA, which will be the guidance of further coding work, quality is the life of enterprise, this article takes the product line of board-strip-foil of SWA as example and brings forward the implementation scheme of producing process monitor and control in SWA along with the key techniques of the implementation.A part of the programming content in this article has been successfully applied in SWA, the result of the application shows that the study of this article is directive for the information construction of SWA and will has comprehensive application foreground.
