Strategy Research For Leshan Sanjiu-Longmarch Pharmaceutical Company LTD

In market economy, enterprises are facing a much more complicated environment with more factors important for enterprises' survival and development. This article is based on the study on Leshan Sanjiu-LongMarch Pharmaceuticals, employing the method of enterprise strategy management to analysis the internal and external strategy environment the company is facing. A strategy structure is proposed for the next 5 years in terms of meduim and long term strategy, besides, the actual implementation approach are also proposed.The article firstly gives general background information of the company and the industry followed by the key study scope and methods. A comprehensive analysis is conducted on the environment regarding political, legal, social culture, economic, technology and the industry, as well as the company's diathesis, competence in operation and marketing, management efficiency and effect and financial situation. SWOT method is used in analysis of the development strategy to set up the strategic system, combining the situation and the conception with the ! practice. An increasing strategy situation and unconventional competition strategy is proposed.Finally, the article establishes implementation plan covering mechanism switch, operation efficiency enhancing, management strengthening, competition advantage achievement, supported by technical creation so as to promote the company's dramatic development and to build up characteristic company culture, to better improve the company's management playing an important role in the continueing development in the future.
