Basic Study On Enterprise Culture Construction And Enterprise Image Model

In our nation's open and reform process, we find that our national economy firstly fall behind in management not in technology. Since eighty's, the general development trend of enterprise management has transferred from strategic management to higher stratum (culture management). The excitement of enterprise culture spree is a retrospect and leap when management idea has developed to some degree. Similarly, enterprise image plan is closely connected with culture as follows: image plan contains deep and profound culture characters, meanwhile, culture direct image plan to develop maturely. A famous American economist drew an conclusion through a great deal of investigation: an unsuccessful enterpriser always concentrated on concrete targets as economical plan, index and financial targets, etc. on the contrary a successful enterpriser regards building up excellent value idea as most important mission. Because these are different value ideas, different enterprises appear different kind of enterprise culture and enterprise image. This thesis first introduces the basic idea, function and character of enterprise culture and enterprise image and their intrinsic components. Then it analyzes culture factors that play key role in influencing and constricting enterprise behaviors and makes suggestion on how to deal with these constricting factors. In the end, it draws forward strategy about how to build up enterprise culture and enterprise image.This thesis contains three chapters.The first chapter introduces idea, function and character of enterprise culture.The second chapter discusses culture factors that influence and constrictenterprise behavior and analyze the three stratums of these cultural factors with concrete examples.The final chapter draws forward the important part of cultural idea ------enterprise image model.
