Research Of Integrated Quality System In CIMS Environment

Integrated Quality System (IQS) is organically incorporated by modern advanced manufacturing technology, quality management concepts, information technology and quality system of enterprise. In CIMS environment, using computer network IQS can organically incorporate separated quality assurance technologies and timely gather, process quality data of quality system to achieve quality management successfully implementation. It increase the adaptive capacity to varied quality need and manufacturing environment, so it is a indispensable part of CIMS and is essential to acquire competing advantages for manufacturing enterprises. In this article, quality information flow inner enterprise was thoroughly studied at the beginning, then realization form and system model of IQS under the CIMS environment were introduced. With the comparison and analyses of key factors and main methods that have effect on designing IQS, the user oriented information system building method and software developing mode was then presented. In addition, the paper still studied key technologies of integrated quality assurance and its integrated methodologies in CE environment, suggested that the key to improvement and assurance of quality is the integration of quality assurance technologies. At the end, the paper investigated the feasibility of using gray system theories in integrated quality control.
