| In this paper, the study status of CIMS system and the management status of Dalian Iron & Steel Company are analyzed, and some problems of CIMS system development, such as the method of CIMS development and realization, the network support in dM5, the data security of CIMS etc, are analyzed systematically and studied succeededly. The main points are as flowing: 1. A more practical method of CIMS system development and realization, that is engineering method, is advanced, which inherits some advantages of life-time method, such as brief, document standardization etc. Further more, some advantages of other method, such as paying attention to main database of the main database plan method, high efficiency and audiovisuality of the prototype method are also utilized. The innovation of the method is that it emphasizes there are repetitions between every stage of life-cycle and inside of them, which form a mingle life-cycle model. Now the method has been used in the design of DG-CIMS project. 2. Considering of the actual needs of dIMS application software and the developing trend of the future, a set of whole opening and activity plans based on C/S, including the overall plan design and database design of the system etc, are put forward. 3. By adopting international standards and network protocol, linking of different type computer and different structure local network is realized, different needs to network support of every application system are satisfied, and resources-shared, distributed-database, distributed process, hierarchical progressively increase and real time control with distribute are supported. On the premise of ensuring system safety, credibility and extension, a comprehensive programme on network system of DG-CIMS is made according to the principle of technology standardization, advanced, mature and open. All in all, not only the architecture, functions and technical characters are set forth, but also a general view of the system in the future is given in this paper. |
