Integrated Quality System And Quality Management Process Technology Research

The American famous expert of quality management, Dr J.M.Juran predicted that the 21st century would be the era of the quality and quality would become the most effective tool that peacefully dominated the market. At present, domestic manufacturing which centers economic benefits faces keen competition of international and domestic markets. The focus of the competition is quality. The manufacturing has proposed the demand of automation using advanced technology, especially information technology to realize quality management, quality assurance and quality control for one's own development.Based on modern quality management theory, integrated quality system supported by advanced information and computer technology can break through the restrictions of traditional quality management system on the space, time and information disposal ability, etc. It offers the means to realize the process integration in quality link during the whole life cycle. The very core of ISO9000: 2000 is the quality management with process approach. The thesis takes process quality technology as the direction, points out that quality management not only looks at the larger but also emphasizes the control on every concrete process. Controlling on process is raising efficiency.The main research contents in this thesis are as follows:1. With the analysis to developing stage, the concept and development of IQS are discussed. Developing and operating IQS stands an important station in manufacturing CIMS system project.2. Based on analyzing the connotation and development of CIMS, the function structure, hierarchical structure and three-dimensional integrated model of IQS are put forward. The structure and process mode of ISO9000 are analyzed and the requirements for process management are proposed.3. Combining with the analysis of quality process in manufacturing, applying process technology to IQS is present and IQS which facing process is discussed and designed. The author constructs frame model, process control model and information integrated model in iron and steel industry.4. Practicing the software prototype and combining actual conditions and characteristics of the enterprise, the IQS of LT Steel Corporation is developed.Quality is enterprise's eternal theme. The development trend of IQS in the thesis last is prospected and the important effects in propelling enterprise quality management information and improving market competition of IQS are present.
