Build A Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises

After China entered WTO in 2001, more and more industries in China began to encounter the competence from those foreign industries. To seek survival and development in the complex market environment, the home enterprises should put the first to forge and develop the core competence. Meanwhile these enterprises should adapt the new development rules and recognize that the essence of competence in these enterprises is talent competence, the arrangement of enterprise system and the idea of enterprise operation. And these enterprises should aware that the urgent matter is how to raise the core competence.Beginning with the fundamental theory of core competence, the thesis expounds the forge process of core competence. Through analyzing the characteristics and formats of core competence, the author concludes that the key of forging the core competence lies in innovation and the enterprises keep long competent advantages by innovation. To obtain core competence, the enterprises not only have innovation spirit but also erect the concept of core competence. To have their opinions on the identification and construction core competence is the foundation of keeping and developing them.What' s more, by taking one machine group as an example, the thesis further demonstrates the above opinion. Through the practical angle, the method in this thesis, to some degree, has some popularity and practical value.
