A Report On The Settlement Of The Rule Of Rural Governance In The View Of Good Governance

The rule of law in rural governance is the inevitable requirement and important content of China’s implementation of the strategy of comprehensively governing the country under the vision of good governance.The rule of law in rural governance is an important link in realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.The rule of law in rural governance is the inevitable path to improve people’s happy life.The problem of rural governance is both a problem of theoretical development and a problem of governance practice.Therefore,the study of the path of legalization of rural governance is both practical and theoretical.In the 1990 s,modern governance theory gradually emerged.Public governance attracted widespread attention from domestic scholars and promoted the rich development of China’s rural governance theory.Good governance has transformed the country from a traditional to a modern one.From the rule of virtue to the rule of the people to the rule of law,it has not only followed the guidance of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,but also responded to the demands of the rule of law in the new era.The principle of the rule of law is the basic principle followed by rural governance.Law and system are the fundamental ways to protect the interests of the people,and also the premise basis for the development of rural construction.With the advancement of the strategy of governing the country according to law,China has achieved remarkable results in rural governance.The general awareness of the rule of law has generally improved,the system of laws and regulations has been basically established,and the governance according to law has been moving toward order,and it has been explored in the process of rural governance development.The core leadership role of the Communist Party of China,the key role of the grassroots party organizations and party members and cadres,and the important role of the villagers’ autonomy are invigorated.While the practice of rule of law in rural governance is constantly developing,it also brings new problems.The current rural governance is still facing the villagers’ legal literacy and villagers’ autonomy in the villagers’ quality ability,grassroots democratic autonomy,rural public service,and grassroots party organization construction.There are many problems such as misconduct,rural administrative law and law leakage,and lack of legal awareness of grassroots party organizations.Behind these problems and phenomena is the weak concept of the rule of law in rural areas,the lack of perfect laws and regulations,the corresponding supervision system and mechanism,the pursuit of responsibility mechanism,and the lack of corresponding legal assistance systems.Guided by Marxist theory,this paper relies on the theories and methods of political science,management science,sociology and party building,and mainly uses the literature research method,practice investigation method and deductive method to clarify the necessity of rural rule of law.The problems and causes of the rule of law in rural governance,combined with the current hot news,to explore effective ways to promote the rule of law in rural governance.This topic mainly aims to strengthen the rule of law and the rule of law,increase the supply of rural systems,increase the intensity of administrative law,and comprehensively and strictly manage the party from four aspects to deal with the problems in the process of rural governance,and finally enrich the rule of law in rural governance.Theory and promote the development of the rule of law in rural governance.
