On The Building Of Institution Civilization After China's Entry Of WTO

Institution civilization is the totality of activities of creating various institutions and systems conforming to the soc ial demands during the reformation of our society. Coupled with material civilization and spiritual civilization, it becomes oneof the three essential components of human civilization and it acts as a safeguard for the other two. Based the discussion of institution civilization on the analysis of its systematic structure, social function, objective standard and the significanceof its proposal, this thesis surveys the whole course of the building of institution civilization of China and summarizes so me regular patterns for the building of institution. After that, given the change of the surrounding of institution civilization after China' s entry of WTO, the building of institution civilization is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, theauthor emphasizes that the innovation of institution is key to the building of institution civilization. Lastly, taken account of the rules of the WTO and the basic condition of our country, the author brings forth some suggestions for the building of institution civilization in China on three levels. That is, on the economical level, we must take the opportunity of China' s entryof WTO and step up the reforming of economical institution civilization, especially the reformation of foreign trade system, making it conforming to the international standard as soon as possible. On the political level, the functional institution of the government must also be reformed to bring its inherent management function into full play and the reformation of law institution must strengthened in order to make the law system and thelaw environment compatible with the rules of the WTO. On the ideological level, for the entry of WTO inevitably has great impact on the socialistic ideology, so in order to ensure the security and the prosperity of Chinese culture, the institution ofculture management must be made sounder.
