They advanced a lot of ways, such as democratic election, setting up specialized supervision organization and legislation within the party, to strengthen the supervision within the party and perfect the supervision organic system, why do the Proletarian Party take supervision seriously? This is because, supervision is the function of a country and a party, and it's a means to protect certain social politics and economic order. To socialism, supervision is an important sign of the democratic politics. Seeing from the politics, the uncontrolled power will lead to corruption inevitably. If you want to make sure that the power will be exercised properly, you must strengthen the supervision and control of power. The nature, purpose, mission and ruling power of the proletarian party determined the supervision within the party, only when we have supervision within the party can we set up an acceptable and social supervision organic system, and the function of the social supervision be fully played.Since the new age, the Chinese communist party has already made great achievements in strengthening and perfecting the supervision within the party. But, as a whole, there are a lot of problems in it, and it's still a vulnerable spot in the construction of the party. They are mainly as follows:1 -, The consciousness of supervision within the party is rather weak. First, the object's consciousness of accepting supervision is not very strong and it's even refused. And then, the subject of supervision is unwilling to, and even dare supervise.2- The leadership system of the supervision organization is not successful. Because of the double leadership system, the independence and authority of the supervision organization is not strong enough, and the function of the upper commission for inspecting discipline is hard to be brought into full play, thesupervision of the members of the central committee, especially the main members, has not been properly resolved.3 The supervision system within the party is not perfect. The whole party still lacks supervision Regulations within the party which has high authority and dominant position. A matching, concrete and operating supervision regulations system has not been set up yet, and the present supervision regulations are short of authority.4 The party members' democratic power has not been fully ensured. It's commonly seen that party members do not know much about the candidates within the party, so it's impossible for them to exercise supervision function. Since they are afraid of being retaliated, they dare not pose criticism to the leaders, let alone demand for recalling and replacing. There are no matching channels for them to raise different opinions, even if there are, there is no ensurance system to respond to them. The democracy within the party committee is not enough, and the supervision power outside the party has not been brought into full play yet, so the progress of the supervision within the party is seriously affected.Under the new historical conditions, in order to strengthen and perfect the supervision within the party, we must go about it from the following aspects:K strengthen and improve the supervision consciousness of the Party members. The education of the importance and urgency of the supervision within the party to the party members must be emphasized. They must know it's their right and duty to carry out the supervision and accept it voluntarily.
