Research On Actuality Analysis And Countermeasure Of Minor Delinquency In Our Country

Recently, the problem of juvenile delinquency turns too bad to become one of the most severity problem of infecting our country's stabilization and economy development. Although scholars keep researching on it, bring much theoretic fruition and carry out practice experience. Fathering of this problem still can't make our people satisfy.In fact, the word of juvenile delinquency is not a concept in law but a concept in sociology and criminology. In our country, we often put the rage of its age from 18 to 25 in practice. But, whether reviewing the tradition in internationalism or looking back our practice or analyzing juvenile physical and mental spciality, we can know this rage can not fit to our research and analysis to juvenile delinquency and it even infection the effect of our fathering to juvenile delinquency indeed.Therefore, this thesis focuses on analysis of the situation of minor delinquency and research of measurements, before we discuss the countermeasure of fathering juvenile delinquency, the writer changes the rage of age as from 6 to 18. then, with analysis of developing current of it, basic types of it, basic characteristic of it. writer analysis the cause of minor delinquency from circumstance of their studying, legal system and transferring society etc. At last, on the basis of this analysis, the writer take out five measures as strengthening education of mentality, protecting of themselves, consummating justice system etc to father minor delinquency.
