A Preliminary Approach On The Theory Of Land Consolidation Planning And Designing

When society .. economy and science and technology of a country reached a certain degree, and the country put forward higher demand about utility and management of land resource, land consolidation became a historical result.Land consolidation is about the adjustment of land use. Through improving producing environment of land use and building ecological landscape, we can eliminate the restricting factors about the development of society and economy in land utility, also we can accelerate to put land in order use> centralize and economize land use, so land consolidation is an engineering technology means and corresponding policy step of promoting land use efficiency. Its essence is through building land use environment and continuously improving land quality for meeting require of society and economy sustainable development about land resource, i.e. it is land ecology building means and step about assuring sustainable use of land resource.Land consolidation is not fresh in the world, its history is very long and has carried out globally, especially in some western developed countries, land consolidation has come into being an integrate system.Land consolidation can be divided into two parts: rural land consolidation and urban land consolidation. Our country's land consolidation has just begun, but already got certain effect. At present, we mainly do about rural land consolidation. By rural land consolidation, we can reform land use construction and improve producing and living conditions, we may also enlarge area of the land that can be used and enhance land use and outcome efficiency, so that rural land consolidation can increase peasants' income > drive interior requirements and accelerate rural urbanization. It is becoming a new growing point in our rural region.This paper researches mainly about rural land consolidation and probes into following issues: theory foundation of land consolidation\abroad and domestic land consolidation developing state and planning and designing criteria of rural land consolidation etc, at last the sandy cultivated land consolidation item in the westernsuburb of Kaifeng city is taken as an example in practical study.The whole paper includes four parts.Part 1: At first, the author scientifically defined the concept of land consolidation, then studied abroad and domestic land consolidation developing state and reviewed its history in the world, summarized its developing disciplinarian, and studied land consolidation of several representative countries and ours, follow that, the paper studied the theory foundation of land consolidation, and analyzed the theory basis of land consolidation, at last, the content is about affect and purpose of land consolidation.Part 2 Mainly discusses about the relevant issues of land consolidation. Land consolidation relates to many issues such as total cultivated land dynamic balance > overall plan of land use and the urbanization of rural area etc.Part 3 is about the principle and criteria of land consolidation planning and designing. The criteria is about rural land consolidation, includes designing the plot of a farmland\a field irrigate and drain channel and farm defend forest, such several aspects integrated the overall designing of rural land consolidation is given out.Part 4 is about case study. Firstly the paper analyzed the natural conditions and social economy level of the western suburb of Kaifeng city, then made sure the land consolidation type and mode of the case. According to such mode and integrating actual situation, the author planned and designed the case land consolidation. Finally the economical > ecological and social benefit and colligate benefit of the case land consolidation is evaluated.
