Our country has vast territory and abundant resources, mineral resources is abundant, but it are not distributed equably, so we study how to open up rationally and utilize availably mineral resources, this is realistic for a country with abundant resources such as our country.Jingxing county of Hebei province is famous for abundant mineral resources in our country, how to carry on reasonable planning, build one large-scale salt of magnesium production base, set up leading enterprise group, fully utilize the local high quality mineral resources, thus create the good economic and social benefit, this article study these content deeply.First, this article explain background that the project is put forward, at present, Jingxing county have several salt of magnesium manufacturing enterprises, but their scales are relatively little, technology is backward, resource utilization ratio is low generally, they caused the wasting greatly of resources, the economic benefits of these enterprises are low. From all respects, such as scale economy, technological progress, environmental protection, long-term sustainable development, etc., there is necessity to build a salt production base of magnesium. From all respects, such as abundant high quality resources, fine condition to exploit, energy abundance, convenient traffic and communications, there is feasibility to build this base. This article Analyzes disparity between the industry of salt of magnesium of Jingxing county and domestic and international other industry of salt of magnesium at the same time, we find its deficiency and advantage. Second, we have analyzed products situation and market prospects that this project will produce, and we have compared all kinds of technology routes, thus select the optimum technology route to suit this project, and we have established suitable economic scale. Third, in order to prevent this project from pollution to the environment, and utilize high quality resources, we have expounded rationality and advantage to set up the leading enterprise group. At last, we analyze economic benefit and social benefit of the project to prove the economic feasibility of the project, and we bring forward the strategy of construction of salt base of magnesium.
