Research On The Government Construction Of Mineral Resource Townships In Western Liaoning

To be the most basic level regime of our country, townships can connect the country and the rural, its position is very important. Since the new century, during the backdrop of the construction socialism new countryside, the building road of urbanization, the deepening of the reform of townships government, faces the national condition of China’s transitional period, how to strength the construction of townships government, adapt the changing of environment, enhance the efficiency of the government, it’s not only a historical mission before the townships government, but also a significant issue in the new period which needs us to research deeply.This article will research the mineral resource township governments in the western of Liaoning province as the object. Form the view of the public administration, the democratic theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and the theory of new public service will be the basic theory of this article. And the author has referred lots of theory achievement of many scholars, depended on the policy of party and government, based on the elaborate of the feature of the mineral resource township governments in western Liaoning and the realize and the analyze on the current situation of Gangtun town, Lianshan area Huludao as an example of the mineral resource township governments in western Liaoning. The author deeply analyzed the major problems and reasons of the township governments construction, referred the experience of the the coal resource township government in the Yanxia township, Huating area in Gansu, aimed at the special condition and the actual requirement of the mineral resource township, this article propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
