Studies On The Rural Industrial Structure Adjustment

Rural industrial structure (RIS ) changes and develops as the national economy, policy system, technological progress the standard of people's living, natural resource and social environments change. The changing and developing of all the above factors form the law of RIS changing. At the same time, the formed RIS reacts oppositely to the economy. A rational RIS may accelerate agricultural and rural development and a non-rational one will make the extravagant use of the social and economical resources. The dissertation mainly discusses the law of RIS changing and the relations with all the factors during its changing in china, the influent to rural economic growth through RIS adjustment, and effect the RIS adjustment.The contents of the dissertation the theory of RIS development: the process of RIS change; Model and analysis of RIS adjustment influence rural economic growth; Probing the countermeasure of RIS adjustment.In this dissertation, the author points out some opinions on concepts, theories and analytic methods etc: ( 1) diving of the RIS developing stage and proving the opinion by the dynamic index to describing the change of RIS; (2 ) on the basis of mathematic and economic principle, giving the measuring model of the RIS contribution to economic growth; (3) Using the analysis method of each part, give some innovations. Whether these superficial opinions are right or wrong, they'll be put into practive and proved further.
