Analysis On Evolution And Principal Of Enterprise Development Strategy Theory

Through a developing clue from history to reality, this paper analyzes the transformation process of enterprise strategy on the whole, trying to base enterprise strategy theory on system science in front of research and challenges in the field. Through the study on process mechanism and result of dynamic interaction between enterprise system and its environment, the paper discovers the objective regularity during enterprise strategy developing process and then, unifies the future and real trait of enterprise development. Through the analysis on evolution process of enterprise system form from mechanism system form, via human-project system form to human-nature system form, this part discovers evolution process of enterprise strategy and tries to base enterprise strategy on system science.In chapter four, through analysis on the meaning of jumping development strategy and in retrospect to enterprise and social development history of western nations, the author discovers the essence of jumping development as historical interaction process and result between enterprises and their respect environment and gives several key measures we should take notice of during the implementation of jumping development strategy.With the deepening of economic globlization and coming of knowledge economicage, enterprise environment features such as change, complexity, improbability tend to be much clearer. The effectiveness of enterprise strategy implementation will be challenged seriously. Especially to the enterprise of our nations, it is a strategic problem worth studying , on how to take advantage of opportunities and how to avoid threats after our nation's entrance to WTO.
