| With China's entry into the WTO,the impact of it's advantages and disadvantages becomes focus to people . Facing the opportunity and challenge of entry into WTO,as the foundation of China's economy,the readjustment and optimization of industrial structure become the key link of the opening-up as well as social development. From a macro-angle of view,the rise and fall of industries concern existence and development of the whole country;from a micro-angle of view,the formulation and enforcement of industrial policy also play a guiding role to every enterprise. In light of this,we will talk about the main impact of China's WTO entry on industries' development and strategic choice of industrial upgrading by combining standard-analysis with example-analysis from a long-term and integral point of view .In this paper,we will start with the basic logical intension of WTO,then discuss the topic from three levels:(1) Macro-background:we will expound the total impact of WTO entry on national economy at first,then analysis it's positive and negative effect;(2) Industrial pattern:According to different character of each industrial branch,we will probe into some representative industries specifically;(3) Realistic choice:At last,according to some general rule of industrial development and the special condition of our country,we will give out the main direction and strategic choice of industrial upgrading.
