Research The Mutual Action Relations Between S&T Advance And Economic Development In China

With the rising of the knowledge-based economy in the world,there is a tendency that shows inter-dependence,mutual promotion,mutual mergence and coordination between the S&T advance and economic development. On one hand,the index development of S&T has improved social productive forces,which has promoted the great increase of social economy,On the other hand,the rapid increase of economies has expanded the technical factor input,which has promoted the great increase of S&T. The technical and economic integration is not only the objective trend of the world economy and technical development,but also the important goal pursued by many countries and governments. The relations between S&T and economies are not just simple linear relations,but sophisticated non-linear coupler relations It is not definite that advanced technology can inevitably promote the economic and social development,of economic increase can inevitably promote rapid development of S&T. Based on innovation theory and modern economic increase theory,this paper researched on the level of mutual action between S&T advance and economic development.Though analyzing several main of relations between S&T advance and economic increase,the paper put forward the mutual action system and the optimization of technology,economies and system . Based on research on mutual action between S&T advance and economic development of countries with market economy,it systematically reviewed the development history of technical and economic development in China,analyzed the causes of insufficient demand,and then put forward the suggestions of establishing a good mutual action relation between S&T advance and economic development in China.Through well-knit demonstration and based on reality and theories,the paper studied the relations and functional system of technology and economies,revealed the operational law of technical and economic integration,built the framework of reforms of economic system and technical system,so as to realize the good mutual action circulation between S&T advance and economic development in China.
