| Tech-typed small and middle sized enterprises (SME) play important roles in the economical development of China . In the age of the knowledge economy and in the face of the great challenge of our joined WTO, the study on the technical innovation management of our country's tech-typed SME is not only of the theoretical value but of practical value.According to the contrast and analysis of the technical innovation models of foreign and Chinese tech-typed SME, this paper provides two models which are suited to Chinese tech-typed SME ,and further reveals that the successful operate of model premises the effective management of technical innovation . Based on the strengths and weaknesses analysis of the technical innovation of Chinese tech-typed SME , I put forward some suggestion . Finally, I make an detailed discussion about two sections-management of entrepreneur and innovation strategy.
