High-tech Enterprises In Technological Innovation

High-tech enterprises in China are always having a low efficiency in technological innovation. As a result, the commercialization and industrialization cycle is too long for those enterprises to make any profit. The major cause lies in the interface barriers existing between interfaces in the technological innovation process, including R&D and marketing stages.This thesis uses systematic study to make a thorough research on technological innovation and interface management. It uses case analysis to reveal the causes for the existence of interface barriers in the technological innovation process, puts forward the way for interface management to integrate department in technological innovation of enterprises. The research will provide a valuable reference for Chinese enterprises to improve the efficacy of interface management and efficiency of technological innovation.
