China has joined into the WTO in November of year 2001. Chinese government has made 13 years preparation for the coming of this day - the beginning of Chinese Economy Globalization. Joining in the WTO will arouse people's more Purchasing Enthusiasm and bring us better living level. On the other hand, it is more like an opportunity, especially a challenge for the retailing trade once in a thousand.Economy Globalization is the market economy in the scope of the whole world. WTO is coming soon; our countries' economy is facing the challenge from the world economy. Along to the set-up of Social Democracies' Commodity Circulation, our country's retailing trade developed very quickly. Compared with multinational retailing group, we still have great gap on basic conditions. Our internal retailers are facing strong competition from more and more foreign retailers entering. Considering the advanced business mode and huge capital strength, we must renew our business conception and management to shorten the gap with foreign companies. The aim of this thesis is to find the countermeasures of standing the trial and survive the competition after our investigation on foreign competitors' business modes and internal retailing companies current conditions. It has great social and practical meaning to study on it.
