Currently the enterprises are confronted with great challenge. The wave of global economy is increasing, with the open policy of the market; the barren between the deferent nations is reducing. A more competitive environment has emergencing in front of every corporate .The intenseness of market competition is urging the corporate to improve themselves with the adopting of some certain methodologies or technology.During the past 10 years, there has been a boom in "performance management" methodologies. Performance management purports to solve executives' management challenges through the application of a methodology, which often appears enticingly simple and straightforward. Although most methodologies have some merit, they also have limitations. None of the performance management methodologies currently in vogue provide a perfect answer except Corporate Performance Management Corporate Performance Management is an umbrella term that describes the methodologies, metric, processes and systems used to monitor and manage the business performance of an enterprise. In this context, methodologies are the different management techniques such as Balanced Scorecard, Economic Value Add and Activity Based Management; metrics are the specific measures that are used within those methodologies; while processes are the procedures that an organization follows to implement and monitor corporate performance, and systems, which are the technology solutions that combine the methodologies, metrics, and processes into a single enterprise-wide management system.In view of the Corporate's difficulty in the performing of strategy, Aiming to the crucial need of the enterprise, This dissertation puts emphasis on how to implement Corporate Performance Monitoring in the enterprise scope., and the content is divided into five chapters.In the first chapter, the main contents of.the whole dissertation are introduced summarily. The past and current statuses of Corporate Performance Management are described; the definition of Corporate Performance Management and its importance are discussed; the significance of the dissertation is addressed.In the second chapter, the theories of Corporate Performance Management are extended, the constitution framework of the Multiple-Layer Dynamic Closed Corporate Performance Management is constructed, the theory and methodology of Multiple-Layer Dynamic Closed Corporate Performance Management is introduced, and the function of the "plan" and "monitoring " is discussed, the related management methodologies is put forward and described in detail.In the third chapter, how to implement and apply corporate performance monitoring within an enterprise is researched. Firstly, the scope of the corporate performance monitoring is defined. how to integrate the enterprise strategy and corporate performance monitoring is researched; Secondly, How to identify and construct the performance monitoring indicator is explicated. Furthermore, the measurement of the indicator is discussed.In the fourth chapter, a prototype of corporate performance monitoring system is designed and developed. Firstly, the function module of corporate performance monitoring system is designed; secondly, the technology in ETL (the extracting transformation and loading of the source data) is researched. Thirdly the data warehouse for corporate performance monitoring system is designed, and the data mining technologies in developing the software system is illustrated.In the fifth chapter, combining with certain enterprise's project, the implementing of CorporateIIPerformance Monitoring was carried out. The whole process of the implementing of Corporate Performance Monitoring is illustrated, consisted of the confirming of the objection the set of the performance monitoring indicator and the building of the performance monitoring data warehouse.
