| This paper consists of two parts: "The case " and "the Case Analysis".In the case, the author describes various behaviors of decision-making, relation-maintaining with suppliers, customers and employees and daily-working of General Manager Lu who is in charge of Guangzhou YQ Company. The resignation of several VIPs of the company especially Miss S calls our attention on exploring the reasons of poor organizational performance of YQ Company which has developed rapidly and enjoyed the advantages of competition in the industry.In case analysis, the key problem of the poor organizational performance was diagnosed as mistaken entrepreneur behaviors, analyzed by personal, organizational and social factors and cured by a prescription of self-improvement and organizational environment construction by means of relevant theories in Organizational Performance, Entrepreneur Behavior and Organizational Behavior. |
