As the development environment and the trend of globalization,public sectors in China are facing various challenges in terms of adaptingto the changes. In the course of pursuing reform of administrative system,organizational trust, as an important factor affecting the operationperformance of public sectors, has drawn increasing attention. Whileseeking improvement in the level of services and operation performancein public sectors, organizational trust must be taken into account and bethe key point of research.Though literature review and questionnaire survey, this researchfocuses on the relationship of organizational trust and job performance inpublic sectors in China, and also introduces a mediating variable,perceived organizational support. On the basis of preliminaryexamination, a large-scale questionnaire survey has been conducted.Though analysis of the data collected by SPSS, the research hypothesis have been examined. At last, combined with the conclusions of thisresearch, several preliminary suggestions have been proposed bydiscussion and forecast.
