Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a kind of contextual performance. It's discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization. It's spontaneous and is not concluded in the job description. Employees won't be punished even if they didn't carry out these behaviors. Discussing the content and psychological structures of OCB under the culturalbackground in China is propitious to improve the contextual performance management.This study worked out an employees' OCB questionnaire by the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis. We investigated the employees from Guangdong and Shandong province with the OCB questionnaire, three conclusions were found. First of all, the psychological structures of OCB consists of 6 factors, which were respectively named as Initiative Behaviors, Making Suggestions, Organizational Loyalty, Self-exploder, Participant Behaviors, Helpful Behaviors. Then, the character of employees' company effects their OCB. At last, employees from different region regard the factors of OCB differently.
