The motive of organizational citizenship behavior is a problem that has not been studied sufficiently. This study investigated how organizational citizenship behavior affected by personal motives, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and positive affectivity, selected the modern access employees of two branches of T company in Chengdu and GuangZhou as the study sample. Three dimensions of personal motives has been determined as organizational concern motive, impression management motive and pro-social values motive, while another three of organizational citizenship behavior as loyalty behavior, employee participation and conscientious behavior. In this study organizational citizenship behavior is dependent variables and personal motives and other factors are independent variables. After the primary process of sample data, statistic methods such as factor analysis, correlate analysis and regression analysis have been applied to test the hypothesis developed in the former about the motives and effective factors of organizational citizenship behavior.The result of this study showed that there are significant correlations between organizational concern motive, impression management motive, pro-social values motive, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, positive affectivity, and three dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior eg. toyalty behavior, employee participation and conscientious behavior. The hypothesis of study is mostly supported by data analysis. In addition, as the results of correlate analysis, there are some correlations between three dimensions of personal motives and perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and positive affectivity. In personal attributes, the differences of gender, age, degree and tenure will bring the diversity of organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and positive affectivity. Finally, the implications of the results and the advices to human resource management have been discussedThe study about the motives of organizational citizenship behavior is agnificant to deep the reform of state-owned enterprise and to construct modem enterprise system oriented towards global and modernization. If the managers of enterprises would draw on the experiences of the study methods and achievement of organizational citizenship behavior, it must be helpful to improve the initiative and creative of employees and to give them a space to show their ownership through a new path.
