Now, global economy, regional economy and information-network technique has become the principal aspects and important pillar of world economy development. Production, management, administration and many other behaviors are under revolutionary change, especially in achieving the productive resources, in expanding the range of market sales day by day, and speeding up the rate and ability of transmit messages. In recent years, how to rapidly suit Chinese Enterprise to comprehensive competitiveness in domestic and foreign market, in order to greet challenge to join WTO is the main subject in the discussion of economic tasks. We must devote major efforts to developing contemporary management science. At the same time, we should also follow the trend of international economic development so as to maintain our reforming vitality to better carry out our enterprise logistics.This paper dealt mainly with the question about optimization of business logistics system. First, we introduce the new circumstances under the intense market competition and the chance and the challenge of joining WTO. Then according to the present condition of enterprise's logistics, only by improving commodity substance process, information process, and cost control can the domestic enterprise adapt themselves to circumstances. So we advance the necessity of optimization of business logistics system. Secondly, we make a thorough study on the component, characteristic, effect, function and significance of the enterprise's logistics system, and take further analyze on the main means, including optimization of logistics organization and technology. Especially, we use the successful experience of Haier's logistics for reference. At last, we put forward several proposals of the enterprise's competition. Through the study on optimization of business logistics system, we seek the concrete via to narrow the gap between the domestic enterprise and the advance country, in order to raise the competition superiority of the domestic enterprise.
