Third-Party Logistics ., Supply Chain Mangement and etc. The author presents the strategic position and objective of the DTW, which was engaged in forwarder services, by means of SWOT & GE Model analysis. In addition, Diversification strategy of developing Domestic express is put forward . To achieve the goals, the important measures are suggested in the end, namely Marketing strategy,System establishment,and Human resource development.
