Opportunity,Posture And Prospect For Regional Economic Cooperationin The Northeast Asia Since 1990s

At the dawn of new century,northeast Asia is hopefully regarded as potential global "economic locomotive". Great evolutions of international politic-economic patterns and rapid developments of regional economic blocs have made it possible for northeast Asia countries to explore mutual economic cooperation at all levels since 1990s;however,regional economic cooperation will become more and more intricate than ever,resulting from many differences in natural resources,labor quantity,territory disputes,social value orientation and so on. Geo-politics and geo-economics will be used as basic analytical framework;in the meantime,regional economics,development economics,international economic cooperation and other related theories would act as auxiliary tools. This thesis mainly focuses on how to promote various economic factors free floating,and on how to realize its optimum dispose. Through these discussions,the author tries to tackle the following problems:Is it possible for Northeast Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (NAREC)? Is it feasible for NAREC?
