Study On The Problems In Practicing Stock Option In State Enterprises To Encourage Managers

Stock option has become a popular incentive system to managers overseas, but it is still new in China. With the deepening of the reform in state enterprises, lack incentive to managers of state enterprises shows disadvantage, which has hindered the establishing modern enterprises system seriously. The difficulty of the reform of state enterprises is that , the entrusts' incentive system doesn't work, and there are some problems in managers' distribution system. As a new kind of distribution system, stock option can encourage managers of enterprises effectively over a long period of time, it resolved contradictions between owners and managers of our state enterprises, it also is an attempt to encourage managers over a long period of time.By means of researching the current situation, action, significance of stock option, and its basic ideology principle characteristic and theoretical basis, the article studies the problems existing in practicing stock option in China, include in the ideology obstruction, imperfect in laws and regulations, and problems in technology and market ,and so on .The essay concerns that, a good plan is to change peoples' ideas, to establish and strengthen relative laws and regulations ,to resolve problems in technology and market , if stock option is practiced.By studies of some typical real cases in practicing stock option in China, the articleconcerns that, we should make a plan with Chinese features, and practice stock option connected with practical situation of our country , in stead of copying indiscriminately the experience of other countries. In the current Situation of Chinese enterprises, it should hot be done too much in practicing stock option, state can practice it in well-managed enterprises, with setting up perfect policy, laws and regulations, but not unrealistically.
