Viewing Inspiration Mechanism Of Manager Of State-Owned Enterprise From One Cloned Enterprise

Viewing from the reforms & practices of our state-owned enterprises in present situation. It is very important to establish inspiring mechanism of manager of state-owned enterprise , this is not only the key content of state-owned enterprise management, but also the key to enforce state-owned enterprise vitality and improve running rate of state-owned enterprise. This paper is begun with the example of case An Old Factory Director Cloned the Enterprise, it is applied the methodology principle of unity of logic & history and make a deeper analysis on state-owned enterprise > manager x inspiring mechanism related concepts & theories. Combining the characteristics of our state-owned enterprises, analyzing the utterly isolated external circumstances and crisis ridden internal mechanism of state-owned enterprise, and those factors brought huge pressures to managers of state-owned enterprises .Comparative stating the important roles and great contributions of managers of state-owned enterprises ,while they are misinterpreting and misunderstanding by society . Managers of state-owned enterprises are not got reasonable inspiration and puzzlement that they are eagerly to get relative inspiration but thy are also afraid of inspiration are all studied in this paper. Therefore it is detailed announced the actual difficulties, model design and effective ways of establishing inspiring mechanism of state-owned enterprise. Finally, this paper is brought forth new ideas: It must be put emphasis on One Center, Two Methods to solve the problems of inspiring mechanism of state-owned enterprise manager and formed the major break in changing of inspiring mechanism and found one way to deal with concrete matters relating to works to promote state-owned enterprise overall.
