Discussing On B.F.Skinner's Theory Of Action Operating Condition With Motivating State-owned Enterprise Manager

This thesis discusses Burrhus Frederic Skinner's theory of action operating condition with motivating state-owned enterprise manager. It starts with philosophy thought and history background that this theory was established. Then,from expounding the theories of Edward.L.Thorndike ,Ivan.P.Pavlov, John B.Watson,the author analyses that these theories' influence on the theory of action operating condition. On the basis of that,this thesis gives profound analysis in four aspects:First,the research method of the theory of action operating condition. Second,the major content of the theory of action operating condition. Third,from the perspective of the theory of action operating condition and on the foundation of explaining the present motivation system of our state-owned enterprise manager,it puts up condition-given analysis of the motivation system of our state-owned enterprise manager. Four,on the basis of international comparing of operator motivation,it offers and analyzes the method to strengthen and improve our motivation system.
