The Studies On The Measures Of Sustainabal Development Of Impoverished Rural Area In Hubei Provice

The connotation and measure criterion of poverty is historic & changeable,so surmounting poverty is a permanent task for human being. In the new knowledge based economy age ,it is the essential requirement for our socialistic country to strengthen intel ligence invest to realize the sustainable development of impoverished area. As a big agricultural province ,it is difficult for Hubei province rural area to eliminate poverty .From the angle of sustainable development,the countermeasure of sustainable development of Hubei province rural area was studied in this article. Based on the connotation & sustainable development theory,the importance & basic goal of of impoverished area was discussed in chapter one. In chapter two,the author pointed out the scope ,judging foundation & main character of impoverished area of Hubei province. In chapter three,the author generalized the achievement .experience of Hubei province impoverished area & analyzed the restricted factors for sustainable development . In the last chapter ,the author put forward the appropriate development measures for the sustainable development in Hubei rural area on the basis of its economy development status .
