The Chinese Architecture has a large scale and will attract much more foreign funds to be invested in Chinese market. The interposition of foreign funds will effectively solve the problem of lack of funds in real estate, accelerate the fast development of real estate. The entrance to WTO will exploit the national and international markets. All the discrimination rules will be abolished. It will benefit Chinese companies to exploit the international project contract and the service cooperation. Furthermore, it will stimulate the development of economy and expand the domain architecture market.The impact of the Chinese entrance to the WTO is obviously. The most powerful architecture company of China will be a small one compared with the companies of foreign developed countries. There are three main problems effecting the development of Chinese Architecture. The first is the abnormal of the competition of architecture market. The second is the weak executing of the law.
