The course of these problems are various, including the overall arrangement of the parks in Fujian being not enough reasonable as well as the layout of every park, lacking of innovative circumstance especially the innovative culture atmosphere, market-directed and multi-element investing financing system lagging, service agency system being not integrated and service agencies' function not bringing into play sufficiently, park management system and running mechanism being not on speaking terms with the need of park' s development and so on. Accelerating the development of Fujian technology parks is strategic importance to develop Fujian' s economy and society. During 200.1-2005 year, the development of technology parks in Fujian will face not only he chances but also the clinical challenges which are increased by economical globalization, new science and technology revolution, the strategic adjustment of China economy structural, China being the membership of WTO and the rapid development of the technology parks in China.
