This thesis consists of two parts: the case and the case analysis.In the case, Shenzhen Teamwell Communication Corporation is introduced realistically. As one of SMB (small & middle scale business), Teamwell met a lot of difficulties in its first year. It took positive actions, made use of comparative advantages of SMB. Then, it survived.In the case analysis, V-I-E (Vision-InternalAssessment-External Assessment) Model for strategic development of SMB and Greiner Model are introduced. Combined with other theories learned during MBA study, these two models are used to analyze the case. The successes and faults of Teamwell during first year are summaried. The importance of right strategic thinking for subsistence and development of SMB is pointed out. In last part of the case analysis, organization change, process improvement and product adaptation, main comparative advantages of SMB, are analyzed deeply.
